I am sitting here this morning, nestled into this beautiful life and feeling so ALIVE and so exhausted in the way that only living to the very brim of it all can make you feel. I just taught my workshop in my hometown of Grande Prairie, where I got to teach the most incredible group of beautiful humans how to create both in the studio and outdoors. To say we made magic would be the biggest understatement in the universe.

This was soul work. Pure, stripped down, to the core of our beings, connected, soul work. We laughed. We cried. We ate and ate some more (thank you, Rob!). We explored the natural world and my endless labyrinth of props and treasures at my studio to come together and create some of the most magical imagery I have ever experienced and we did it TOGETHER!

With tears in my eyes and nothing but pure love and gratitude in my heart, I want to thank my students for choosing me (some of you on your 3rd and 4th time now) to teach you how to do this and so much more. I am sitting here utterly bone tired today and knowing that we filled our lungs with life these past two days and didn’t take one minute for granted. Thank you for sharing this one magnificent, terrible, wonderful, elating, sorrowful, joyful life with me and making my dreams come true. I love you to infinity and beyond. ❤
